At VistaraDubai, we aim to provide flexible and transparent travel services. Please review our cancellation terms below:
Cancellation requests must be made in writing via email to info@vistaradubai.com
Cancellations are accepted only before the tour/activity start date
Cancellation charges may apply depending on service provider terms (airlines, hotels, tourism suppliers)
If a tour or activity is cancelled due to weather, government restrictions, safety protocols, or operational issues, the customer will receive an alternative tour date, credit voucher, or refund (processed in 15 days).
The following are strictly non-refundable:
100% payment required to confirm booking
Payments accepted via secure online methods
All prices are in AED or your local currency (based on selection)
Refunds (if eligible) will be processed within 15 business days from the date of approval. Refunds will be made to the original mode of payment only.
Refund amount may exclude:
Refunds will be issued through Bank Transfer, Credit/Debit Card reversal, or Payment wallet/UPI refund.
Note: No cash refunds will be provided.
Any dispute or refund case must be raised within 7 days after service date.
